Job summary

OhioHealth's NW Children's Neonatal Unit is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join a compassionate team dedicated to high-quality neonatal care. The RN will provide general nursing care, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a busy NICU environment.

The role involves 2 shifts of 12 hours one week and 3 shifts of 12 hours the next, totaling 30 hours weekly, on a day schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required.
• BLS certification with American Heart Association.
• Current RN license (Ohio Board of Nursing) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient needs and document findings.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
• Delegate tasks to licensed staff appropriately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Maintain focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
