Job summary

OhioHealth in Dublin, OH is seeking a part-time NICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the NW Children’s Neonatal Unit. The role operates 30 hours per week with 2 twelve-hour shifts one week and 3 twelve-hour shifts the next, daytime hours.

The successful candidate will hold a BSN or equivalent, be eligible for Ohio RN licensure, and maintain BLS certification, with 3–5 years of NICU experience preferred. Work hours are 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing and Ohio RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• 3–5 years NICU RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and outcomes.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to improve quality and patient experience.
• Operations - Focus on safety, quality and efficiency as part of HRO.
