Henry Ford Health Staffing is a contingent float pool offering RN assignments across multiple hospital settings within the Henry Ford Health system. Nurses float to locations as staffing needs arise, with flexible scheduling and opportunities to gain diverse experience.

Shifts available include nights, with a minimum of 24 hours per month. Employment supports minimal commitment and retirement benefits as part of a top-tier health system.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• 2–3 years of recent clinical nursing experience in the area of practice.
• Willingness to float to multiple locations.
• Ability to communicate with patients, families and hospital staff.
• Clinical knowledge and ability to formulate effective nursing care plans.

Responsibilities

• Handle nursing problems and perform nursing interventions.
• Identify patient problems before changes in data collection.
• Work under general supervision while floating to multiple units.
