Job summary

Henry Ford Health Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the NICU regional float pool in Michigan. This contingent role offers part-time hours with night shifts across select Henry Ford facilities.

Float to multiple hospitals to meet staffing needs while maintaining patient care quality. The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, Michigan licensure, and 2–3 years of related NICU experience, with willingness to float and strong patient communication skills.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
Two to three years of recent related clinical nursing experience in the area of practice.
Willingness to float to multiple locations.
Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities to formulate effective nursing care plans.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel.

Responsibilities

Handle nursing problems under general supervision across a variety of nursing situations.
Perform nursing interventions and identify patient problems prior to data changes.
Float to multiple hospital locations as staffing needs are identified.
