Henry Ford Staffing is a system-wide contingent float pool offering RNs the opportunity to work in a variety of settings across Henry Ford Health. Nurses float to where staffing needs are identified, providing flexibility and experience across multiple units.

Shifts available include Days and Midnights with location choice among three hospitals. The role requires a Michigan RN license, BLS, NRP, and a willingness to float with minimal commitment across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Handle nursing problems under supervision.
• Perform nursing interventions across varied situations.
• Identify patient problems before changes in data collection.
