Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• RN license in Oregon; BLS and NRP required at hire.
• Nine months RN experience minimum; NICU internship accepted.
• Bilingual Spanish-English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs multi-system assessments and discharge planning.
• Develops individualized nursing plans and coordinates care.
• Administers medications per protocol and documents in EMR.
• Evaluates patient responses and participates in QA activities.
