Job summary

Responsibilities

Accountable for providing 24/7 patient care and coordinating daily care with the health care team.
Establishes and enforces standards of nursing practice and develops unit-based quality goals.
Ensures care delivery complies with department standards; plans and evaluates patient care.
Acts as patient advocate, respecting ethical issues and cultural practices.
Demonstrates clinical competence by coaching staff and participating in education programs.
