Allegheny Health Network's West Penn Hospital Neonatal Intensive Care Unit is a Level III unit with 63 beds, serving diverse communities across PA, OH, and WV. Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or valid multi-state license via eNLC.
• NICU Nursing certification (RNC-NIC) preferred.
• Two years or more inpatient hospital RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Mentors team members and fosters role modeling.
• Assigns tasks based on patient needs and staff capabilities.
• Promotes patient safety initiatives and participates in quality programs.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate care.
