Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The unit treats critically ill infants in a Level III nursery with private rooms and family accommodations. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality nursing care.

Requires PA RN licensure (or multi-state licensure via eNLC). NICU certification (RNC-NIC) preferred; 2+ years inpatient RN experience highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• Preferred NICU Nursing certification (RNC-NIC).
• Minimum 2 years inpatient hospital RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Delivers and coordinates care for neonatal patients in the Level III nursery.
• Ensures patient safety and compliance with hospital policies.
• Mentors junior staff and shares knowledge to improve clinical practice.
