Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for the NICU in Atlanta, Georgia. The 13-week contract requires a NICU background and the ability to work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a 36-hour work week in a Level III NICU at a high-volume delivery hospital.

Candidates must have 2 years of NICU experience, current BLS and NRP certifications, and be prepared to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Cerner experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two years of NICU experience required.
• Experience in a Level III NICU preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• NRP certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Educate families regarding care and treatment options.
• Document nursing care and patient interactions in Cerner.
