Penn State Health is hiring an experienced RN inpatient Nurse for the Lancaster Medical Center. This full-time night shift role involves caring for patients, maintaining records, and developing care plans. Qualifications

Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse by state of employment or holds a multistate RN license.
AHA BLS prior to end of orientation.
One year of RN experience in a NICU setting.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required before end of orientation.

Responsibilities

Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
Maintain accurate and detailed reports and medical records.
Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Skills

Currently licensed to practice as a registered nurse

AHA BLS certification

One year of RN experience in a NICU setting

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
