Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with privileges to practice in WI.
• BLS certification required; telehealth/virtual practice licensing noted.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and maintains EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocol; effective communication.
• Floating to other units within service area may occur as needed.
• Adhere to ANA ethics and provide patient-centered care.
