Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN multi-state or single-state license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN provides client nursing services
• BLS certification; telehealth/licensure considerations per state requirements

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
