Kaiser Permanente in Oregon seeks a registered nurse to provide, coordinate and evaluate neonatal care in a Level III NICU, collaborating with the health care team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role covers assessment, planning, implementation and discharge planning, with EMR documentation and compliance with NRP and BLS requirements; bilingual Spanish-English is preferred.

Variable shifts and a strong emphasis on teamwork ensure high-quality patient care.

Competenze

• Minimum nine (9) months of RN experience.
• Three (3) years Level III NICU experience within the last four (4) years.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license (Oregon); NRP and BLS required.
• Computer keyboarding skills.

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and care planning.
• Coordinate patient care with hospital departments and community agencies.
• Initiate and document care per physician plan in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families; assist with discharge planning.
• Evaluate patient responses and participate in unit quality activities.
