• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and ensures accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per protocols.
• Demonstrates communication, delegation, and professional development.
• Must be able to float to other units or facilities as needed.
• Adheres to ANA Code of Ethics and age-appropriate patient care requirements.
