Qualifications

• Active NBRC-RRT certification required upon hire
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NRP certifications required per policy
• 0-2 years clinical experience with some critical care exposure

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in critical care with ventilator management
• Administer aerosolized meds, bronchial hygiene and oxygen therapy
• Educate patients and mentor new staff and students
• Document care, maintain safety, and participate in QA initiatives
• Assist in invasive and non-invasive procedures as needed
