Qualifications

• Prior ICU/critical care experience preferred; team-focused and safety-driven.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in critical care areas with ventilator management and aggressive monitoring.
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling and interpretation.
• Coordinate with health care team to plan and implement therapy; educate staff and students.
• Administer aerosolized medications and manage airway support (intubation/extubation).
• Ensure accurate documentation and charting; promote patient safety and quality care.
