Qualifications

• Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy from an accredited program; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Licenses and certifications including RRT, Respiratory Care Practitioner, and Basic Cardiovascular Life Support (BCLS).
• Ability to independently apply clinical expertise, demonstrating critical thinking, communication, and teaching skills.
• No prior experience required; strong teamwork and commitment to high-quality patient care are essential.
