Manchester Memorial Hospital, Inc. in Manchester, CT, is seeking an experienced NICU Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient-centered care using the nursing process.

You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, communicate changes in patient condition, and support families while promoting professional practice. The role reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager and requires CT licensure, BLS and NRP within the first year of hire, plus prior NICU experience.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with CT license.
• BLS and NRP certification required by hire or within 12 months after hire date.

Responsabilidades

• Utilizing the nursing process, provides high quality direct and indirect patient–centered care.
• Communicates patient condition changes promptly to the interdisciplinary team.
• Reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
