Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing with a current licensure in the State of Connecticut.
• Must have BLS certification and NRP either upon hire or within one year of hire and maintain competency during employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct and indirect patient-centered care in the NICU using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with the interdisciplinary team, communicate changes, and support families.
• Promote professional nursing practice and report to the Clinical Nurse Manager.
