Job summary

Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL seeks a Registered Nurse for the NICU on a full-time day shift. You will provide safe patient care using the nursing process from assessment through discharge, while teaching families and guiding other staff.

Requirements include RN license, BLS, NRP, and one year of acute care/NICU experience. BSN preferred. Eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus with comprehensive benefits and a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Current BLS (AHA) certificate on hire.
• NRP (AHA) certificate within 30 days of hire.
• One year experience in an acute care setting with NICU experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process from assessment to discharge.
• Educate patients and families and guide other nursing staff.
• Respond quickly to changes in condition and treatment.
• Ensure a safe environment for neonates in NICU.
