Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements and coordinates care, delegating tasks to team members as appropriate.
• Evaluates patient response and updates care plans with the health team.
• Documents data and nursing actions in the patient record legibly and timely.
• Contributes to unit leadership and ongoing professional development.
