Job summary

Overland Park Regional Medical Center in Kansas is seeking a registered nurse for our NICU to provide patient-centered care in a high-acuity environment.

You will work nights (7P-7A) in a 70-bed Level 3B NICU, coordinating care under the Director/Manager and supporting families. Requirements include RN license in state, BLS, NRP within 6 months, and at least 1 year of nursing experience; NICU experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of school of nursing required.
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license.
• BLS Required. NRP certification to be obtained within first 6 months of employment.
• Minimum one year nursing experience; NICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and provides patient care under the direction of the Director or Manager.
• Nights (7P-7A); 3 shifts with rotating weekends in a 70 bed, Level 3B NICU; supports families.
