Overland Park Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Level 3B NICU to work night shifts (7P–7A) in a 70-bed unit. You will provide direct nursing care, coordinate services, and support families while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and nursing standards.

The role requires a nursing graduate, active RN license, BLS, and NRP within 6 months. At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in NICU or critical care, is expected.

Competenze

• Graduate of nursing school and active RN license.
• BLS required; NRP within 6 months.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience; NICU experience preferred.
• Practice in accordance with state acts and ANA standards.

Mansioni

• Provide direct nursing care to NICU patients.
• Coordinate care under supervision of Director/Manager.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and state Nursing Practice Acts.
• Support families and manage shifts with rotating weekends.
