Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Nursing license required.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association within 60 days of hire.
• Minimum of two years NICU nursing experience.
• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three years of hire.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service focus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, or in a team, and handle multiple deadline driven tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient computer skills that include Google Suite and REDCap platforms.
• Review and comply with all relevant policies and procedures and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful and reliable.
• Spanish and English speaking desirable
