Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care on a daily basis. The RN will assess, plan, and implement nursing care, administer medications, and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety.

A strong foundation in medical terminology and confidentiality is essential. The position requires an RN license, BLS, and ACLS (NRP/PALS preferred).

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse license required; BLS certification required; ACLS preferred; NRP and PALS preferred.
• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team to assess and plan patient care.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses.
