Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• RN license in Texas or compact licensure at start of employment.
• ACLS and PALS certifications may be required for specific areas.
• NRP and STABLE certifications may be required within specified timelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care for patients per established standards.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and outcomes.
• Support the organization’s vision and mission in daily practice.
• Utilize computer documentation and communicate clearly with the care team.
