Trinity Health Ann Arbor is seeking a Patient Care Tech (PCT) to support NICU nursing staff with direct patient care, ADLs, and accurate documentation in a 24-hour Level III nursery focused on family-centered care. The PCT assists with bathing, positional changes, feeding, and transfer of neonates, and collects specimens including blood cultures while maintaining safety and quality standards under RN supervision.

Full-time or PRN options available with competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year direct care experience or completion of PCT/MA/CENA/EMT program.
• Student nurses must have completed nursing fundamentals in a BSN program.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs: bathing, showering, toileting, positioning, turning, transferring, ambulation.
• Record patient information and required data for documentation.
• Collect and send specimens including blood and blood cultures and manage IV catheters.
• Provide neonatal nursing care under RN supervision in a Level III NICU.
