Hillcrest Healthcare System in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Night Shift Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Patient Care Tech (PCT) to support nursing staff and provide direct patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will assist with daily patient activities, monitor vital signs, collect specimens, and help with transport and housekeeping tasks, all while complying with BLS requirements and cross-training expectations.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
• Competent to perform in at least two general areas of practice (cross trained).

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, eating) and other ADLs.
• Observe patients' progress and report to RN or medical staff.
• Record vital signs and collect specimens for labs.
• Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties.
• Measure and record intake/output, assist with range of motion, and draw blood.

Conocimientos

Cross trained

Two areas of practice

Educación

High school diploma or GED

BLS certification within 14 days

CNA/PCT or paramedic certification or nursing school enrollment
