Job summary

Trinity Health in Ann Arbor is seeking a Patient Care Tech (PCT) to support NICU patients under RN supervision. The role emphasizes age-appropriate, family-centered care and maintaining a clean, safe environment for patients and families.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, specimen collection, and accurate documentation, with shifts 7am–7pm and 7pm–7am; benefits begin Day One and the opportunity to grow within a large health system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of direct care experience or completion of CENA, PCT, MA, or EMT.
• Student nurses must have completed their nursing fundamentals in a BSN program.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs including bathing, toileting, positioning, transfers, and feeding.
• Collect and send specimens and manage peripheral IVs when needed.
• Record patient information accurately to meet documentation requirements.
