Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, VA seeks an RN in NICU for night shift. You will provide patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in a collaborative team environment. The Nurse Residency Program supports developing clinical judgment and leadership while ensuring high-quality outcomes.

This role requires Virginia RN license, BLS, and participation in the CAP program, with a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for professional growth.

Competenze

• Graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved program.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia (less than 1 year of experience).
• AHA BLS-HCP required.
• Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) may be required by area.
• Must attend required Nurse Residency Program sessions.

• Provides patient care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborates with patients, families and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans.
• Administers treatments and medications and documents in the EMR.
• Identifies and addresses patient and family education needs.
