Job summary

Mercy St. Louis NICU Residency Fellowship is seeking new graduate RNs for a full-time, 36-hour week night-shift program starting March 2027. The 16-week residency offers hands-on training in a Level IV NICU with mentorship to help you transition into professional practice.

You’ll gain day-one benefits (medical, dental, vision), an RN to BSN bridge program, and an RN loan forgiveness plan. To qualify, graduate within 12 months and obtain Missouri licensure or be eligible within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• Experience: Patient Care Tech experience preferred.
• License: Current RN license in Missouri or compact state, or eligible to obtain within 90 days of graduation.
• Certifications: BLS through the American Heart Association.
