Mercy Kids Hospital St. Louis is launching the June 2027 Pediatric & PICU RN Residency Cohort for new graduate nurses.

This full-time night-shift program provides structured learning, hands-on pediatric and PICU experiences, and mentorship to help you grow from graduate nurse to confident pediatric RN. You'll join a supportive team dedicated to high-acuity pediatric care, with benefits starting Day One, dedicated preceptors, and opportunities to advance toward an RN to BSN bridge and loan

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current Missouri RN License, Compact RN License, or eligible for licensure within 90 days of graduation.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred but not required.
