Responsibilities

• Attend high-risk deliveries to provide immediate neonatal assessment and stabilization.
• Evaluate and treat complex newborns in the NICU in collaboration with neonatal attendings.
• Evaluate newborns in the well-baby nursery for conditions requiring elevation of care.
• Perform therapeutic interventions for neonatal ICU patients.
• Participate in the NICU transport team.
• Provide family-centered care and effective communication with families and health care teams.
• Adhere to the Medical Center's organizational competencies.
