This role blends clinical expertise with collaborative teamwork to ensure the highest standards of patient outcomes for our tiniest patients and their families. You will work in a premier NICU, collaborating with neonatologists, neonatal PAs, residents, nurses, pharmacists, therapists, and care coordinators to deliver coordinated

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey NP License.
• NNP Certification (or eligible).
• AHA Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification.
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers Certification.
• AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Attend high-risk deliveries for immediate neonatal assessment and stabilization.
• Evaluate and treat complex NICU newborns with neonatology attendings.
• Evaluate well-baby nursery newborns requiring elevated care.
• Perform therapeutic interventions for neonatal ICU patients.
• Participate in NICU transport as part of the NICU team.
• Provide family-centered care and communicate effectively with health care teams and families.
• Adhere to the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies.
