Lutheran Hospital of Indiana is seeking a Part-time NICU RN for night shifts (7p-7a), 24 hours per week. The role involves providing patient-centered care in a Level 2 NICU setting, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Weekend shifts required, with sign-on bonus and benefits starting after hire. Qualifications include active RN licensure, BCLS, and preferred ACLS/PALS; strong assessment, communication, and documentation

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in the state (or compact state licensure).
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) required; ACLS/PALS preferred.
• ICU/NICU experience and ability to work nights and weekends are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered care following nursing process with assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving procedures as needed.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and post-discharge care.
