Job summary

Hospital Sisters Health System in Springfield, IL seeks an Assistant Manager-Nursing for the NICU. This leadership role oversees patient care, staffing, and performance improvement on night shifts, with two 12-hour charge nurse shifts and two 8-hour admin days.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and eligible for licensure in state of practice.
• RN license required; BLS required; ACLS may be required where necessary.
• Bachelor’s of science in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, transfers, performance improvement, and staff assignment.
• Develop workflows and prepare operational reports for leadership.
