AdventHealth Ocala is seeking an experienced RN for NICU leadership on a night shift. You will oversee venous access and infusion therapy, develop care plans, and mentor staff to uphold high standards of patient care.

The role requires an RN with NICU leadership experience, strong clinical skills, and commitment to continuous improvement in a faith-based healthcare setting in Florida.

Qualifications

• RN with NICU leadership experience
• Strong clinical nursing skills in critical care settings
• Ability to mentor staff and lead performance improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN licensure scope.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy, adjust care plans as needed.
• Assess patient conditions and select venous access methods.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for NICU patients.
• Educate patients and families on venous access and therapy.
• Monitor nursing staff performance and provide feedback.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Mentor and precept new staff; foster professional development.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital policies.
