AdventHealth in Ocala, FL is hiring for a night shift Full-time RN charge nurse across Med Surg Telemetry, Neuro/Stroke, and Cardiac units. 72 hours per pay period, 3-12s, with weekend rotation.

Eligible for Clinical Ladder salary increases up to 20% based on experience and advancement criteria. The role emphasizes venous access and infusion therapy with strong teamwork, patient education, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform venous access procedures within RN scope.
• Administer and monitor infusion therapy; adjust care plans.
• Assess patient conditions; determine venous access methods.
• Develop and implement care plans for venous access patients.
• Educate patients on venous access and infusion therapy.
• Monitor nursing staff performance; provide feedback and appraisals.
• Mentor staff; organize training to grow skills.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives with data-driven strategies.
• Communicate clearly with patients and healthcare teams.
