AdventHealth in Ocala, FL is seeking a Part-time Night shift Registered Nurse with NICU level III experience to provide high‑level critical care. You will perform comprehensive assessments, create care plans, administer treatments, and educate families, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in EMR systems and teamwork are essential. Required: Associate degree in Nursing plus Florida RN license; BLS; 2+ years NICU experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years NICU level III nursing experience.
• Active RN license in Florida.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with Cerner or EPIC EMR preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and self-care.
