Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing program and licensed RN.
• Current state RN license with active status.
• BCLS certification required.
• NRP certification required; new grads must obtain within 6 months.
• Experience in NICU or neonatal care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments per standards and protocols.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care to optimize outcomes.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise non-licensed staff within scope of practice.
• Educate families and care for premature infants up to 2 years old.
