Advocate Health's Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital NICU in Illinois is seeking a part-time RN with NICU experience to join a dedicated care team. The 0.6 FTE night schedule runs 7pm–7am, with every 3rd weekend.

The role requires an active RN license and BLS certification; BSN is preferred. You will apply evidence-based nursing practices, document in the EHR, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program with board approval.
• Active RN license in the relevant state(s).
• BLS certification required; specialty-specific training may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and coordinate with the care team.
