Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice and BLS certification.
• Experience in neonatal intensive care is preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication and teamwork skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for NICU patients.
• Coordinate with physicians and team; document patient status accurately.
• Provide direct patient care on night shift and participate in rounds.
• Educate and discharge planning with patient/family involvement.
