Qualifications

• 1 year recent (within last 3 years) full-time experience in Level III Neonatal ICU or successful KP NICU course.
• Registered Nurse License (California).
• Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program.
• May be cross-trained to at least 1 other Perinatal area.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process per standards and policies.
• Lead and mentor healthcare team; delegate and supervise tasks.
• Ensure patient safety, discharge planning, and effective communication.
• Chart accurately using hospital computer systems.
• Participate in department performance improvement and education.
