Qualifications

• Education: BSN required or currently enrolled in BSN/MSN program with completion within 5 years.
• Valid Virginia RN license and AHA BLS required.
• Experience as an RN Clinician 2 or higher on the unit.

Responsabilités

• Leads day-to-day operations to ensure safe throughput and access to care.
• Documents in labor management software for fiscal stewardship.
• Acts as a resource and supports adherence to clinical policies.
• Facilitates team communication and a calm, productive environment.
• Coordinates patient experience improvements and care escalation.
