Corewell Health’s Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital in Grand Rapids is seeking a part-time Human Milk/Formula Technician. The role involves preparing, distributing, inventorying, and managing human milk, donor human milk and infant formulas for NICU patients to ensure safe feedings.

You will interpret feeding orders, document in EPIC, monitor supplies, and collaborate with dietitians, nursing staff and families.

Qualifications

• Interprets physician and Registered Dietitian orders for feeding.
• Uses electronic medical record (EPIC) and other software to record feedings.
• Cleans tools and work area; monitors stock and expiration dates.

Responsabilités

• Prepares formula and breastmilk mixtures using aseptic techniques.
• Delivers prepared feeds to nursing units.
• Collaborates with other Human Milk & Formula Techs, Lead Techs, RD, nursing staff and families.
