Job summary

MUSC Children's Health is seeking a NICU Family Support Program Coordinator to develop, implement, and evaluate education and social activities for families of NICU patients. The role focuses on maintaining March of Dimes visibility and improving patient/family experience.

Bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant program experience are required. Work is conducted in the NICU setting with day shifts and a 20-hour weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one year of relevant program experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts surveys and studies of problems and needs; makes recommendations to appropriate officials.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the status of assigned program area(s).
• Reviews, evaluates and reports on assigned program area.
• Provides technical assistance to staff, management, the public and other governmental entities.
• Takes and processes routine program requests from customers.
• Supervises employees as needed.
