Job summary

March of Dimes seeks a part-time coordinator for NICU Family Support at St. Vincent in Billings, MT. You will develop and implement family-centered activities, recruit and supervise volunteers, and ensure program alignment with hospital protocols and MOD standards.

The role includes maintaining program records, reporting outcomes, and collaborating with NICU leadership to plan annual program focus. Bachelor's degree required; NICU or social work experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in related role or NICU parent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred or equivalent work experience in Social Work, Education, Public Health or related field; or RN license.
• Strong program development and volunteer management experience.
• Basic knowledge of NICU hospitalization emotional and medical issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide information, comfort and direct services to families by coordinating core curriculum parent education hours and social activities.
• Recruit, onboard, train and manage volunteers, including family staff advisory committee and volunteers.
• Ensure compliance with MOD and hospital protocols and policies.
• Provide and evaluate annual NICU staff professional development opportunities.
• Serve as liaison between March of Dimes and NICU hospital site to deepen partnerships.
• Develop an annual Area of Program Focus with MOD and NICU leadership.
• Maintain accurate records of program activities and impact reporting.
