Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a parent or caregiver of a NICU graduate.
• Familiarity with chronic neonatal diseases.
• Knowledge of family-centered care principles.
• Part-time, 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support to parents of NICU patients.
• Advocate for parents' needs within the healthcare system.
• Help families navigate the NICU environment and care planning.
• Encourage parental involvement in support services.
• Assist in development and implementation of care protocols to improve neurodevelopmental outcomes.
