Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in Illinois.
• BLS certification required; telehealth/licensing notes may apply.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care using evidence-based practices.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Maintains safety and performs accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
• Demonstrates effective communication and teamwork; supports appropriate delegation.
